Good Morning sweetie,
I have received the disc of the “London Posse” thank you very much; I have passed onto the blushing bride and groom.
I would also like to thank you for the day. Charlie was fantastic, a true gent. It was nice to be picked up in a vehicle us Londoners are accustomed to ‘Da Rolla” which was nice, he also suggested a quick hit on a bank or 2, but we had not time, although the cinder blocks in the trunk would have come in very handy if we had come into any trouble.
On arrival Cypress Grove, Mr. Cement continued with the red carpet treatment showing us the estate and the lake, ‘no doubt where he had made some people swim with the fishes’, we were then led into the manor where Charlie opened doors and checked the place out to make sure it was to our liking.
The day went exceptionally well and we even made the Gaylord Palms people stop and gaze, when we stopped in for lunch.
We would all like to thank you Janice for your help on this special day and a big thank you to the daddio Charlie Cement who made the day, we all think on him as family now.

Service from Orlando International Airport Round Trip- Limo/van

On behalf of my family I’d like to formally express our thanks and appreciation for the truly wonderful service your company provided us on our just completed family vacation to Disneyworld.
I originally made the reservation via the web, and was immediately contacted by you personally to check that everything was in order. You contacted my by e-mail and then also by phone. The ‘personal touch’ was much beyond anything I expected. Also your suggestion that we take the limo going and the van to return was exactly right. Your concern was always for us and not trying to offer us the most expensive package. There were no extras; the price was exactly as you stated it.
On arrival our limo driver met us as we entered the baggage claim area. He was very friendly and helpful. We had to do virtually nothing. In the limo he had DVD’s for the grandchildren all set, including Nemo, our kids favorite. On arrival at the Wilderness Lodge, he patiently waited until we were all checked in, took all our
photos with him and the limo, etc. The only problem was the grandchildren didn’t want to leave the limo until Nemo finished!
On departure, our driver arrived well ahead of time, and was again very friendly and efficient, getting us to the airport in plenty of time. In cases, the vehicles were immaculate and well equipped but make no mistake, it was always the people who made this a special part of our vacation.
My only regret is that we didn’t get to meet you to thank you in person.
Thank you once again for helping to make this a truly memorable time for all of us.

Good morning, Patty and I wanted to respond to you and Pettiford for an
absolutely perfect wedding and service that you had provided for us. Your suggestion for the Rolls was outstanding and received nothing but
complements from our family and friends. We even had people on I-4 nearly run of off the road trying to see who was inside. At Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge the arrival ceremony had really turned heads. We even had
applause as we walked in. I was told later in the week "that was a very impressive entrance". I had every intention to make sure Patty was treated like a queen on our special day. Pettiford had done and anticipated everything becoming a gentleman which made me proud Patty was in exceptional and very capable hands. I only wished Patty could have the service(s) of Pettiford on a daily basis. I would at request of a very satisfied customer ask the owners to please recognize both Pettiford, for his excellent personal customer service and Janice, for making sure all the behind the scenes activity went off without a hitch.
We will be more than happy to not only use your services in the future but to also recommend them.

To the
owners of Sir Randolph’s Transportation,
We recently made a reservation with your company for
a van ride from the airport to Disney’s Grand
Floridian.
We expected the usual uneventful ride, but received
so much more. We wanted to write you and tell you
that from the time we made the reservation with your
office personnel, until the time we ended our ride,
we experienced such a grand difference from what we
normally receive when we travel.
The driver was delightful and carried on
conversations with us in many diverse areas. Our
daughter is very introverted and was reading her
book Salem’s Lot, and your driver immediately
started talking to her about the main character, Ben
Mears, to draw her out. Well, that brought her right
out of her shell, which is very hard to do. She
responded so well, we all sat in astonishment. She
talks to no one!
These are things that you cannot train employees to
do. We believe you choose your staff well and it
does show. We wanted you to know that. A company
that takes pride in their service needs to hear how
much those that receive it, appreciate it!

This is not
a question but a comment on the services we received
from your staff during our stay in the Orlando area
from Sept. 14 - 28/04.
I
wasn't able to find another address to send this to
you so....here goes.
I
phoned your toll free phone number on Saturday Sept.
11, 2004 to enquire about airport transfers to the
Disney property, at which time I spoke to Janice,an
amazingly friendly and informative woman who
answered all my questions. I was treated in such a
professional, friendly and informative manner that I
reserved our transportation immediately and did not
pursue any other limo services in the area.
We
were closely watching all information on the
formation and movements of hurricane Ivan.
Thankfully for us and Orlandonians Ivan's path
diverted it rath away from our destination.
As
promised our driver (Eddie) was awaiting us upon our
arrival at Orlando International Airport. Eddie
insisted on loading all of our bags into our
vehicle. At Janice's suggestion were arranged for a
16 person van - even though our party only consisted
of 4 adults. After being cramped in our seats on the
air craft, it felt great to spread out and relax.
Eddie entertained us to with many stories, jokes and
great tips on how to get the most out of our
holiday. Our half hour trip flew by as we were
laughing, joking and generally having fun with
Eddie.
We
had prearranged a grocery stop prior to being
dropped off at out hotel. You can certainly buy a
lot of groceries in 30 minutes and again Eddie
insisted in loading each bag into the van. Now I
know Janice knows what she is talking about. Our van
looked pretty full to me.
This
was a great way to start our vacation - outstanding
service, friendly and entertaining driver. We
arrived at our hotel smiling and ready to enjoy our
stay.
We
were scheduled to fly home on Sept 28th and yet
another hurricane threatened the Orlando area. I
phoned Janice on Saturday, Sept. 25th to confirm our
arrangements. Janice was not at the office, she had
forwarded the calls to her home so she was able to
be home to help board up windows etc. in the face of
hurricane Jeanne. She said all employees had gone
home to prepare for the hurricane. She promised to
touch base with us on Monday once Jeanne had passed
to finalize our transport. True to her word, Janice
contacted us on Monday, final arrangements were made
even though many people in Janice's condo complex
had lost everything due to Jeanne's force.
Arthur arrived early to pick us up on Tuesday
morning. Once again, our holiday ended as it began
with outstanding service, jovial conversation and
just plain fun.
We
had planned this vacation for over a year. The fall
of 2004 ravaged much of Florida time and time again
with hurricanes and that Mother nature can muster.
The
three people we dealt with at Sir Randolph's Classic
Transportation, namely Janice, Eddie and Arthur,
started and ended our dream vacation the best way
for us. Their warm, friendly, funny and courteous
service were one of many high points in our holiday.
Neither rain, sleet, snow or hurricanes could dampen
the outstanding professional customer service we
received.
I
would highly recommend their services to anyone
requiring transfers to and from the airport. On our
next trip to Orlando, Sir Randolph will be getting a
call and I can't wait to talk to the staff again. We
won't be coming to see you in hurricane season again
but we will be back.
Keep

From
the moment I called, your customer service
representative provided exceptional customer
service, and made a wonderful recommendation for our
travel needs: the Mercedes 500 SEL Limo. I was
treated in such a proficient, pleasant, and caring
manner that I reserved our transportation
immediately and did not contact any other limo
services in the area. Also, the same night I made
the phone reservation I was immediately contacted
via email to check that everything was in order.
Instantly, I felt assured this was going to be a
smooth transaction.
As
promised our driver was awaiting us upon our arrival
at Orlando International Airport. He was very
friendly, helpful, and quite astounding in his
professional British attire! As he took care of the
luggage, he politely showed us where to wait while
he obtained the vehicle. The Mercedes limo was more
than we expected, and the ride definitely was a
great way to start our trip! When we arrived at our
hotel, people asked us who we were, and if we just
came from StarPort, which I never even heard of
until then (and, by the way, what a compliment!).
Furthermore, I would highly recommend your company,
as well as, that specific vehicle for anybody who
wishes to travel in style and is looking for truly
professional service.
We
had reservations at the hotel was to stay at the
Disney World Swan; however, we were moved to the
Disney World Dolphin. Nonetheless, this posed no
issue to the driver on our departure. He arrived
well ahead of time, and was again very friendly and
efficient, getting us to the airport in plenty of
time.
We
will not only use your services in the future, but
also highly recommend them.
